Please Read Carefully
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the California Commercial Roofing Pros website located at californiacommercialroofingpros.com ("Site") and any services offered through it. By accessing or using the Site, submitting a lead form, or requesting a contractor referral, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent, and agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those of the State of California.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and California Commercial Roofing Pros ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Site following any posted changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2About Our Service
California Commercial Roofing Pros is a lead generation and contractor referral platform serving commercial property owners, property managers, facility directors, and businesses throughout Southern California. We do not directly perform roofing work. Instead, we connect prospective clients with affiliated commercial roofing contractors serving the Southern California region.
Our services include, but are not limited to: collecting and transmitting project inquiry forms, facilitating introductions between property owners and roofing contractors, and providing educational content about commercial roofing systems and services.
3Contractor Referral Relationship
Important: California Commercial Roofing Pros is a referral network, not a roofing contractor. The contractors in our network are independent businesses, not employees or agents of California Commercial Roofing Pros.
When you submit a project inquiry through this Site, you authorize California Commercial Roofing Pros to share your contact information and project details with one or more affiliated commercial roofing contractors in our Southern California network who may be a potential fit for your project. This referral is provided as a courtesy service.
Independent Contractor Status. All contractors referred through our platform are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or franchisees of California Commercial Roofing Pros. We do not supervise, direct, or control the work performed by referred contractors. Any contract for roofing services is entered into solely between you and the contractor.
No Guarantee of Work Quality. We do not guarantee, warrant, or represent the quality, timeliness, safety, legality, licensing status, insurance status, or any other aspect of work performed by a referred contractor. You should evaluate a contractor’s qualifications and project proposal independently before entering into a contract.
No Exclusivity. Submitting an inquiry through this Site does not obligate you to hire any referred contractor, nor does it obligate any contractor to accept your project. You are free to obtain quotes from other sources.
Contractor Licensing. In California, roofing contractors are required to hold a valid C-39 license issued by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). We encourage you to independently verify any contractor's license status at www.cslb.ca.gov before entering into any contract.
Referral Fees. California Commercial Roofing Pros may receive compensation from contractors in our network in connection with referrals. Any roofing-services contract is solely between you and the contractor.
